Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00pm - 9:00pm. We ask that you do not check-in before 4:00pm as the property will not be ready. If it is available before this time we will let you know. Check-out is before 10.00am. Please ensure that you leave by this time and return the key to the key safe.
Noise
Please ensure you are respectful of the neighbours during your stay. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11.00pm.
Respect
Please treat the house like you would your own home. We ask that you are conscious of energy use, such as turning lights off and heating down when you go out. Please do not take any items out of the property. If we are made aware of any illegal activities in the property we will take immediate action.
No Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house, disposing of your cigarette butts responsibly. If we are made aware of smoking inside the property we will take appropriate action.
EV Charging
Electric Vehicle charging, including e-bikes and e-scooters, is only allowed at properties that list a dedicated charger. Using standard sockets or extension leads to charge your vehicle is a fire risk and strictly prohibited.
